A former radio personality and television host, director, and critic, Bobby Desmond is admitted to practice law in Florida and New York. He currently represents internet-based businesses of all sizes at Walters Law Group where he focuses on copyright, trademark, internet law, and free speech issues. In addition to receiving a Juris Doctor and Certificate in Intellectual Property Law, he served as the Managing Editor of the Journal of Technology Law and Policy and as the Vice President of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Bobby spent his summers as a legal intern in New York City at AMC Networks and in Washington D.C. with America’s Public Television Stations at PBS. He currently writes the law blog, DJ turned JD.
